Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Diet and Recipes, calling them the Zebra Recipes!

I will start this category by adding some cooking recipes! Mainly because I like cooking. There is nothing special or dedicated to these recipes other than that I like them and found they don't have inflammatory triggers in my case. Everyone, however, has different triggers.

My diet typically is a mix of Keto, Low Carb, Paleo, and Whole30. I mostly cook French, Mediterranean, German, Indian, and Middle Easters Style Foods. I love Middle Eastern and Indian; they use spices, often Turmeric, ginger, and other anti-inflammatory ingredients.

Another essential diet factor is staying as close to nature as possible. Avoiding harmful ingredients, especially FD&C dyes, BHT/BHA - these additives are petroleum-derived and mess with my proprioceptive sense, muscle control, etc, to the point that I had to use a wheelchair for 1.5 years after first moving to the USA. So stay tuned!
